Why isn't my discount code working?Updated 2 years ago

Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, shipping fees, taxes, e-gift card purchases or donation based products. 

Discount codes and automatic shop discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions and may not be eligible during sitewide sale events. 

If a customer wishes to apply multiple eligible discount codes, separate order transactions must be placed. 

In the event of return on an order in which a discount was applied, DOLAN reserves the right to limit or deny repeat use of the same discount code. 

Please note discount codes are often one-time use and cannot be applied to any other purchases unless otherwise specified.
